Welcome to The Hybrid Revolution, where we all love hybrids! We're not talking about hybrid cars here, folks; hybrid animals. Whale-vultures? Cool. Elephant-clownfish? We're down with it. Whatever weird and whacky mixes people can come up with, we'd love to see it. Or maybe you just love them ligers and zonkeys? We love them too. And this club is basically a place to share hybrids, adopt them and hopefully have some fun. ^_^
We love the most creative hybrids, the most unique. Winged wolves? We've seen them a dozen times (Oh ho, I'm such a hypocrite <_< ). We want your chicken-horses, your worm-alligators, your chinchilla-lions. Or... Maybe even some more toned-down ones. We're not picky!

Who are we?
This journal right here, right now, is being written by . I imagine I'm in charge of most of the art- adoptables, avatars, etc. I also am, at this moment in time, the journal-writer. Hopefully for your sake this won't be the case forever, I'm horrible at writing things like this. I'm also the loving owner of wolf-dragon hybrid, Ihses (see, I'm a hypocrite. Though Ihses doesn't have wings <_< )! But that's enough about me...
is the second owner of the club (Meaning we run it together). At the moment, she's the organiser, the smart one, the Brain to my Pinky. She has lovingly written down the club rules and system that you'll see down below. She's also the proud creator of Coony, the racoon-bird hybrid ^_^
is our special writer. Our journalist, if you will. He'll be in charge of news articles and the like. Oh, and just for his ego, I'll call him an elite member His hybrid is a cat-chameleon, Tigrelean!
is the best writer of hybrid stories we have! Owner of so many hybrids, I can't count- but her main is Mitelwi, fox-swan extraordanaire!
I'm certain I'm missing people, but this journal is going to be way to long. So- onto the club's inner workings Please at least skim them! XD

To join, all you have to do is add this account to your watch list.
Spammers, those who ignores the rules or those who harass or are rude to other members get one warning. If they continue, we will ban them from the club.

The points system
Basically what we’re doing, is having a little system where those who participate or help out can earn points, and then use those points to get rewards. We have a list here of what you can buy with your points (And if you have any suggestions for what you would like as rewards, please do tell us), and how you can earn points. We hope they’re at least a bit of incentive to join in XD

Things you can buy with points:
Custom adoptable - 25 points
Extended period of time you can use to draw an adoptable - 15 points
Background to use for your adoptable pictures - 30 points
Avatar - 50 points
Feature in the newsletter - 20 points
Custom CSS for journals (only available to subscribers) - 50 points
Custom stamp (only useable by subscribers) - 35 points
Full picture of any hybrid by *SeshiC - 70 points (Shameless self-advertising indeed.)

How to earn points:
Adopting a hybrid - 1 point
Drawing your adoptable (not counting the first picture, which you are required to do in order to adopt) - 5 points
Referring people to the club (they must join, telling us who referred them, in order for you to get points) - 5 points
General participation (joining in on chats or entering club contests, etc.) - 10 points
Helping out the club (things like donating your own adoptables for the club to use) - 15 points
Suggesting art (not your own) to be featured or topics for the newsletter – 10 points

Club activities
Once we have a handful of members, we’ll hopefully start having a range of things for people to join in with, and here are just a few ideas…
Newsletter – Our resident journalist (~gruffen) will run a newsletter, hopefully frequently. Basically, this newsletter will be a big feature of hybrid art; ones that we think are stunning, ones that are suggested to us—any art with effort put in will be considered. Then there’s always trading in points
Competitions – Of course, the staple of any club: competitions. We have a couple of ideas for competitions; designing the most creative hybrid, event-themed hybrids, and others. Competitions will hopefully be a fun way to earn prizes and possibly spark some creativity in people. ^^
Roleplaying – We’re hoping this idea will work out well. The idea is that we could find out when the most people are available, open up a chat room, and have some roleplay fun as our characters!
Anything else you can think of – If you can think of any activities you’d like to do, note either *SeshiC or *SimbaNM with your idea and we’ll consider it ^^
